—Automatic recovery of heat transfer medium

ZLTZ控温机组Combined with microchannel reactors to form high exothermic temperature control applications, the heat transfer efficiency is more than 5 times that of heat transfer oil heat exchange and temperature control under the same flow conditions. At the same time, the inlet and outlet temperature difference is small, and the temperature field is highly uniform, which is particularly suitable for applications with violent exothermic reactions.

The high-temperature cooling process is adopted to achieve a cooling range of 300℃~50℃; it is equipped with a heating and cooling integrated container with a large heat exchange area, a fast heating and cooling rate, and a relatively small demand for heat transfer oil; it can achieve continuous heating and cooling.

The entire cycle is closed, there is no oil mist volatilization at high temperature, and the heat transfer oil will not be oxidized and browned; it has the function of correcting the internal circulation temperature probe PT100.
