LNEYA refrigeration has accumulated over 10 years of cooling supporting application experience. According to different application fields and service conditions, it has developed a variety of types of cooling chillers, including air cooled chillers and water cooled chillers, which can well meet the needs of equipment cooling. The heat dissipation device of air cooled chiller is a built-in fan, which mainly has three interrelated systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system and electrical automatic control system.
1. Refrigerant circulation system: the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. Then, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the water. After the liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated and becomes gaseous, it is inhaled and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase). The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser and condenses into liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant circulation process.
2. Water circulation system: the water pump is responsible for pumping water from the water tank to the equipment that needs to be cooled. After the heat is taken away by the chilled water, the temperature rises, and then returns to the chilled water tank.
3. Electrical automatic control system: including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to the compressor, fan, water pump, etc. through the contactor. The automatic control part includes temperature controller, pressure protector, time delayer, relay, overload protector, etc. combined with each other to achieve the functions of automatic opening or suspension and other protection according to the temperature requirements.
