Many low temp chiller products, after a period of practical operation, can not dissipate the heat well. At this time, products should be timely maintained. At present, the most effective way to deal with the poor heat dissipation of low temp chillers is that deal with it when the heat dissipation of the condenser is poor, the compressor efficiency is low, the running current is increased and the high pressure of air-cooled chillers rises to 24 kg/cm2.
Most poor heat dissipation problems of low temp chillers can be solved by professional equipment maintenance to adjust the operation of low temp chillers. Sometimes when the heat dissipation is poor, the compressor will escape under the protection of high-voltage switch; the compressor will stop running; the high-pressure overload caused by poor heat dissipation will lead to the fault code or fault indication being displayed. In this case, please check whether the cooling tower circulating water is normal, or shut down and restart to normal operation.
